Capsule Endoscopy Prep

Pick up your prescription from your pharmacy for:

• 4-liter prep of Nulytely

You will need to purchase over the counter:

• Bottle of Children’s Mylicon Drops 1tsp= 300mg(Simethicone)

DAY BEFORE TEST:

• No solids food after Clear liquids only (see attached list).
• At 5pm drink 2-liter prep of Nulytely. DISCARD OTHER 2 LITERS
• At 7pm-1 teaspoon of Mylicon (Simethicone).
• NOTHING TO DRINK AFTER MIDNIGHT

DAY OF TEST:

• 6:45am (1 hour prior to ingestion of capsule)-1 teaspoon of Mylicon (Simethicone).
