Alan Zakko, M.D.

Dr. Alan Zakko recently completed his gastroenterology training in Brooklyn, New York, before joining CTGI at the Bristol Care Center. He provides comprehensive, patient-centered care for a wide range of digestive and liver disorders. He is committed to evidence-based medicine, preventive care, and helping patients achieve optimal digestive health.

When not working, Dr. Zakko enjoys spending time with his family and exploring all that Connecticut has to offer. He also loves returning to New York City to enjoy its vibrant food scene, culture, and neighborhoods.
