Highly professional visit as per my original visit! All questions answered and everything was done to my satisfaction! I called an hour AFTER the visit to determine if I left my keys in the office but I had unknowingly dropped them on the floor of the tiny vehicle that had transported me there both ways. Highest praise!

The office is easy to get to with ample free parking. Staff are warm and welcoming, and Corinne shared important information clearly and compassionately. This practice is conveniently located and has amazing staff. My provider was thorough, knowledgeable, and showed compassion in our encounter. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
Connecticut G.I. is a wonderful place to go if you are in need of their treatment. I have been seeing my doctor for many years and himself and the staff do a great job at making sure you feel safe and heard and always try to come up with the best resolution for any issue you may have. I’ve been Dr. Schoenfeld‘s patient for many years and he has shown me nothing but kindness, and I feel very safe with him and his amazing team of PAs, nurses, etc.!
The administrative staff are very friendly and helpful, and the doctors and medical staff are excellent.
My daughter has extensive scientific background and is able to speak about her medical situation at a very high level. I am the opposite type of patient. Due to cognitive deficits in my short-term memory, I need a doctor who asks careful questions and explains medical issues in minute detail.
The well-named Dr. Daniel Smiley is the GI doctor for both my adult daughter and me. Despite our vast differences as patients, we
have both had a wonderful experience with Dr. Smiley. He is kind, respectful, thorough, and never condescending.
I also recently had a noteworthy positive experience with one of the other members of the medical staff, Corinne Angyal, PA. In Dr. Smiley’s absence, she met with me (and my daughter) regarding an ongoing medical issue. She explained my options in great detail and thoughtfully provided me with clear notes, given my memory issues.
My daughter was impressed by her knowledge, and I was pleased by her patient care. I would highly recommend Corinne Angyal as well, given our positive experience with her.

Always a pleasant experience. PA Carly Wills is so knowledgeable and I always leave feeling completely aware of my issues and what is going to be done about them.
Not to often these days where the doctor actually spends the time to talk to you and asks questions, the doctors and physicians assistance are outstanding at Connecticut GI
