Excellent friendly courteous
My experience was great. The staff was very friendly And Dr. Goldstien was very caring and showed much concern and eager to find a solution to my gastro problems.
Dr. Goldstein took his time with me to ask relevant and appropriate questions to obtain important GI history. He was compassionate, as I was in a lot of pain. He was thorough in asking questions and writing up a summary of our discussion. He diagnosed me and prescribed antibiotics right away, which I am praying will solve the problem.
The office staff was also amazing. They got me an appointment the same day, hearing the pain I was experiencing over the phone. They were also super responsive and kind in trying to get me a prescription for which I was having difficulty filling through my insurance and pharmacy. I am very appreciative of all of the efforts they made to get me the antibiotics that I needed. Thank you!
