My experience was great. I was greeted by polite staff, no wait, and was not rushed at all. All my questions and concerns were addressed and I never felt like they just wanted to hurry me out. This was one of the most relaxed healthcare appointments ever. Sharon was so informative and attentive.
Corrine is great. She explains things simply, yet thoroughly. CTGI is very organized and makes it easy to schedule appointments.
The staff were all very friendly and although this was my first visit, I felt right at home
Dr. Johnson is an example of what a Doctor should be. She is a professional and a caring person. I had referred, her to my Sisters because she listens and she shows empathy, she asks questions and is not rushing you to leave. I recommend her 110%. I was very satisfied with my visit.

My experience with CTGI was a good one. I had a telehealth session and my provider was thorough and helpful. She went over my issues and recommended appropriate treatment options.

Dr Frese is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. He always listens and takes time to answer all my questions. The staff in the office is very helpful and accommodating with the appointments and preparations for the procedures. Highly recommend!
I called for appt. w Dr Strick Woods after he was strongly recommend. Getting appt time in Bpt or Ffld was easy.
When I arrived I went right to intake desk to answer a few questions & gave medical insur cards. The wait to see him was maybe 5 min in a large comfortable waiting room.
A nurse brought me into an exam room, took vitals & let me tell her everything that was going on or I was anxious about.. she was very caring & reassuring. We went to a second room where I waited for Dr woods sitting in a chair, not on exam table.
Dr woods is a striking man, tall with a very kind manner & good strong face.
He came in, we shook hands, he sat down and we talked. This really relaxed and reassured me…we spoke about our grandchildren and I felt like I got to know him.
After a while talking we went over my complaints, and he asked me to go up on the exam table. He helped me to ensure I could do it easily. He listened to my heart & lungs & abdomen. He asked a nurse to come in when he was going to do a more complete exam requiring me to lift up or remove any clothing. The nurse brought in several drapes & we laughed bc 1 would have been plenty. The exam took only moments and she helped me to sit up and get rearranged. After the Dr washed his hands we talked about a colonoscopy and Dr woods recommended the hospital as an extra safety measure bc I have a cardiac device implanted. He also wanted clearance from my cardiologist.
We shook hands & he left & I was brought to another desk where I learned all about the prep and the procedure was scheduled.
ALL my questions were addressed and I was invited to call anytime I had any more questions.
The whole experience was a warm and reassuring one. The office has it all worked out so you are led to wherever you need to be and seen by whomever needs to see you for exam or info.

Dr woods himself is a lovely man w strong gentle hands & a terrific, reassuring personality
. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
He took a long time talking with me & getting to know me. I left feeling 100% complete trust in this highly educated physician with a knack of making everyone feel relaxed and safe.
