Very friendly staff and excellent care from my provider.
I was a walk-in at 12 pm. Kiosk said next available appt was 1:20. I decided to wait. They finished up with the people that had scheduled appointments online. They took me in at 12:30. Willow did my blood work. She was wonderful.
I have had a great experience at Connecticut GI. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was very nervous about getting my first Colonoscopy and both staff and Shivani Sood MD helped calm my nerves. Everything went great!

I met with Amanda and she was wonderful! She really helped me with my questions and anxieties. She listened to me and spent time with me!

I had a very good visit with the Amanda and very pleased with everything she is doing to help me.
I see Amanda S at this location and she’s is amazing! She has a fantastic bedside manner that makes you really feel heard and validated as a patient. She didn’t bat and eye at testing for several different things recently when I experienced difficulty swallowing and painful, choking episodes. It turns out that I had severe GERD and also had a pre-cancerous lesion removed from my esophagus. So many practitioners give runaround and gaslight patients, delaying testing and treatment for patients, but Amanda is right on top of things and is very thorough. She is a practitioner I would highly recommend.
Dr.White and her assistant were pleasant, friendly and professional. As well as the ladies greeting me in the office and setting up my appointment.

Dr. White has really been helping me. Her treatments/suggestions have helped me a lot. She is courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I am happy to have her as my doctor. The rest of the staff that I have dealt with are helpful & kind.
The doctors and nurses at CTGI are very caring and they went above and beyond to help me get and appointment to review my care options and also for my procedures. Everyone made me feel like I was in good hands.
